Today was a historic day for district Mohla Manpur Ambagarh Chowki. Today, after 25 years of the formation of the state, Governor Shri Ramen Deka arrived in the district Mohla Manpur Ambagarh Chowki boundary. This was the first time after the formation of Chhattisgarh state that the Governor arrived in the boundary of the district. Governor Shri Ramen Deka was honoured with a guard of honour at the district collector’s campus on his arrival here. On this occasion, he planted a Maulshree sapling at the collector’s campus and Eklavya Vidyalaya campus. He inspected the stall set up by the agriculture group at the collectorate campus. The Governor met the women’s group and became familiar with their efforts and skills. Governor Shri Ramen Deka visited Eklavya Vidyalaya operating in Manpur and inspected it. He described Eklavya Vidyalaya as a big achievement for the region. He said that this school will prove to be a milestone in strengthening the future of the students of the region and realising their dreams. During this, he asked to connect the students with holistic education along with modern facilities in the school. During this, Secretary to the Governor Dr. CR Prasanna, Collector Mrs. Tulika Prajapati, Superintendent of Police Mr. Yashpal Singh and other officers were present.
