Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai will perform the Bhoomi Pujan of AI Data Center Park at Sector-22 (near CBD Railway Station) located at Atal Nagar Nava Raipur on 3 May 2025 at 11.30 am. Commerce, Industry and Labor Minister Shri Lakhanlal Devangan, Finance, Housing and Environment Minister Shri OP Choudhary will be present as special guests on this occasion.
It is worth mentioning that the cost of this AI exclusive data center park will be Rs 1000 crore, it will be in 13.5 acres. In this, 2.7 hectare area will be for the development of Special Economic Zone. It is worth mentioning that the demand for data center is increasing rapidly all over the world because the foundation of artificial intelligence is on data center. Chhattisgarh is a surplus power state, due to which there are great possibilities for data center here. Its Bhoomi Pujan is being done by Race Bank Data Center Private Limited. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai is continuously promoting new industries in accordance with the core sector as well as modern times. Industry Minister Shri Lakhanlal Devangan is working determinedly to fulfill this objective. Recently, Bhoomi Pujan was also done for a semiconductor unit in the state. Its cost is Rs 1163 crore.
