Raipur, 14 July 2025
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai planted a Gulmohar sapling today in the new Vidhan Sabha premises in Nava Raipur after performing the ritual of worship. Chief Minister Shri Sai participated in the tree plantation program ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0’.
On this occasion, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, Leader of Opposition Dr. Charandas Mahant, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Saw, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma, Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap along with other members of the Council of Ministers and all the members of the Assembly also planted Gulmohar saplings.
Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain, Assembly Secretary Mr. Dinesh Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary (Forest) Mrs. Richa Sharma, Chhattisgarh Forest Force Chief Mr. V. Srinivas Rao, Managing Director Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Federation Mr. Anil Sahu, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests Mr. Arun Kumar Pandey, Chief Conservator of Forests Mr. Raju Agasmani were also present in the program.
