Amidst strong winds, a helicopter suddenly landed at Dhodhri Kala, Korvatoli Navapara of Gram Panchayat Hargawan of Janpad Panchayat Shankargarh of Balrampur-Ramanujganj district. A wave of happiness ran among the villagers on finding Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai among them. The crowd welcomed the Chief Minister with warmth. The women of the village welcomed him with Aarti and Chaupai. The Chief Minister sat on a cot under the Mahua tree and interacted with the villagers. He said that his government has completed one and a half years, the promises made to you have been fulfilled, whether it is paddy purchase or housing. All works will be done at a fast pace and Chhattisgarh will continue to move forward on the path of development.

The Chief Minister directly interacted with the villagers present in the Chaupal and asked them about their problems one by one. When some people mentioned the problem of water and road, he directed Collector Shri Rajendra Kumar Katara to resolve them. Identify the roads under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana and start construction work soon. Along with this, he directed to prepare an action plan to provide the benefits of the public welfare schemes of the Central Government and the State Government to all the eligible beneficiaries and to benefit them by organizing camps. When the Chief Minister smilingly asked the villagers amidst the strong wind and storm whether they were going, the villagers said in one voice, wait, your arrival is our honour. Hearing them, the Chief Minister stopped with a slow smile and gave ample time to the villagers.

100% disposal of applications in Hargawan Gram Panchayat
During Sushasan Tihar, 100% applications were resolved with high quality in Hargawan Gram Panchayat. Praising the working of the district administration, the Chief Minister said that this kind of proactiveness and accountability is the hallmark of good governance. On this occasion, Chief Minister Mr. Sai told the villagers that the aim of our government is to ensure reach of government and administration to the last person. Through Samadhan camps, we are trying to solve people’s problems on the spot. During Sushasan Tihar, a total of 111 demand applications were received in Hargawan Gram Panchayat, out of which all the applications were resolved promptly.

Announcements of the Chief Minister-
In the camp, Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai announced CC road, community hall, culvert construction in Jhiki Nala, hand pump and borewell in Hargwa Gram Panchayat at a cost of 10 lakhs. During this, Samari MLA Smt. Uddheshwari Paikra, District Panchayat President Smt. Hiramuni Nikunj, local public representatives, villagers, Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain, Principal Secretary Shri Subodh Kumar Singh, Superintendent of Police Shri Banker Vaibhav Ramanlal, Divisional Forest Officer Shri Alok Kumar Bajpai, District Panchayat CEO Smt. Nayantara Singh Tomar were present.
