The counseling process of surplus principals is completed
Those who participate in counseling are being given posting orders in the selected school immediately

As per the guidelines of the State Government, in the presence of Collector Shri Ajit Vasant, the process of counselling for the posting of surplus head teachers and assistant teachers of Korba district is going on today at Rajiv Gandhi Auditorium, Transport Nagar. In the first phase, counselling of surplus head teachers was done on the basis of seniority. The counselling process of assistant teachers is ongoing. In the counselling process, the head teachers selected the schools of their choice from the vacant seats. Assistant teachers are also participating in the counselling and selecting the schools of their choice from the prescribed list.
Collector Shri Ajit Vasant has said that the counselling process should be adopted with transparency under the instructions of the government. He has said that by adjusting the surplus teachers in the teacherless schools and single teacher schools in the district, regular teachers will be available to the students of remote areas. Along with this, the students will get quality education. New posting orders are also being issued immediately in the schools selected by the teachers involved in the counselling.
Teacher expressed satisfaction
Mrs. Dekumari Sahu, teacher of primary school Jenjra, who participated in counseling and selected the school of her choice from the prescribed list and went to the new school, praised the counseling process and said that she is happy that now she will discharge the duty of a teacher in the new school Dhelwadih. She expressed happiness on getting the school of her choice in counseling.
