Governor Shri Ramen Deka, displaying sensitivity, yesterday presented a cheque of Rs. 2 lakh from voluntary grant fund to Smt. Neha Agarwal, wife of late Shri Dinesh Agarwal, a resident of Raipur, who lost his life in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir.
