In the third phase of Sushasan Tihar, the flying machine of the Chief Minister of the state Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, who had set out to know the status of implementation of government schemes in every corner of the state, landed today in Dokra village of his home district Jashpur. Here, in the Samadhan Camp, he got to know the reality of the schemes by interacting with the beneficiaries of other schemes including PM Awas and the action taken on the applications received in Sushasan Tihar. Addressing the common citizens, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that I am the son of your village home. It is my good fortune that with your blessings I became the Chief Minister of the state. It is my resolution to take the state on the path of development.
Chief Minister Shri Sai further said that our government has been formed with your blessings. We have been working for development for the last one and a half years. As soon as the government was formed, in the first cabinet, approval was given for 18 lakh houses for the beneficiaries of PM Awas. He said that houses are being built continuously in the state. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi performed Griha Pravesh for the beneficiaries of 3 lakh houses in Bilaspur. Union Panchayat Minister Shri Shivraj Singh performed Griha Pravesh for 51 thousand beneficiaries in Ambikapur. The Chief Minister said that those who do not have a permanent house need not worry. Houses will be built for all those whose names are in the survey of SECC and Awas Plus. The Prime Minister has made a provision of a large amount in this year’s budget for PM Awas. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that we have fulfilled the promise we made to the farmers. We bought paddy at Rs. 3100 per quintal, bought 21 quintals of paddy per acre, also gave the amount of bonus due for two years. We have started giving money to landless agricultural laborers. Under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, work is being done to make women economically strong and empower them by giving them an amount of one thousand rupees per month. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that to benefit the beneficiaries of Tendu leaves, the remuneration amount has been increased from 4000 acres to Rs. 5500 per standard bag. He said that along with sending pilgrims to Ayodhya for the darshan of Lord Ram under the Ram Lala Darshan Yojana, now the Chief Minister’s Teerth Yojana has been started. Under this scheme, any person above 60 years of age from our state will be able to visit the major pilgrimage sites of the country for free.
Chief Minister Shri Sai further said that our government has simplified the process of land registration and also simplified the process of transfer. Now there is no need to go to anyone for transfer. Transfer will be done along with land registration. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that villagers are being connected with banking facilities. Services will be available in all the gram panchayats of the state through Atal Digital Seva Kendra. Farmers will not have to go out of the village. Atal Digital Seva Kendra has been started in 1460 gram panchayats of the state on 24 April. The Chief Minister said that I have also seen myself that the common people are getting the benefit of this service. On this occasion, Pathalgaon MLA and Vice President of Surguja Development Authority, Smt. Gomti Sai said that this is evidence of good governance, the Chhattisgarh government is reaching door to door under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. The problems of the village are being heard and resolved. The government is engaged in making the schemes of the Center and the State reach the needy. Collector Shri Rohit Vyas, while giving information about the disposal of applications received under Sushasan Tihar in the district, said that out of more than one lakh 32 thousand applications received, more than one lakh 28 thousand applications have been disposed of. Camps are being organized in 54 clusters in Jashpur district. 97 percent of the applications have been disposed of. The collector said that on the basis of applications received in Sushasan Tihar, beneficiaries have also been benefited from schemes. Some demands have been sent to the government for approval. He said that efforts were made to dispose of every application in a timely manner. 3258 applications were received under the Gram Panchayats in the Samadhan camp of village Dokra. Most of which have been disposed of. On this occasion, District Panchayat Chairman Mr. Salik Sai, Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain, Principal Secretary Mr. Subodh Singh, Divisional Commissioner Mr. Narendra Kumar Dugga, IG Mr. Deepak Jha, Collector Mr. Rohit Vyas, Chief Minister’s wife Mrs. Kaushalya Devi Sai along with other public representatives, officers-employees, eminent citizens and a large number of villagers were present.
Noting the deficiency and giving instructions to correct it
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Modi Ji’s guarantee has been fulfilled. I am touring to find out on the ground whether work has been done under those schemes or not. Today I have come to Dokra in Jashpur district, this is my 21st district. Apart from me, ministers, MPs, MLAs and senior officers including the Chief Secretary are also visiting the Samadhan camps. I am trying to reach every remote area of the state under surprise inspection. I am listening to the problems of the people by setting up a chaupal under a tree. The system is fine everywhere and wherever there is a deficiency, it is noted and instructions are being given to the officers to correct the deficiency.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai called village Dokra his home and the people here his own. He said that the people of the area elected him as MP four times. The bridge on Maini river was the main demand of the people here, which was fulfilled. The demand that has come up now is also being fulfilled. Chief Minister Shri Sai announced to open a college for higher education in Dokra. He also announced to upgrade the primary health center here, Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram, renovation of the courtyard of the ancient Shiva temple, beautification of Doriyamuda pond, giving Rs 20 lakh for the renovation of the old Mangal Bhawan and construction of a mini stadium to encourage the youth of this area to move forward in the field of sports.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai gave many gifts to the beneficiaries at the Samadhan Camp in village Dokra under Kansabel Block of Jashpur district. He interacted with PM House beneficiaries Bikeshwar Ram and Sumer Singh. PM House beneficiary Sumer Singh expressed his happiness and invited the Chief Minister to his home as well. Parmeshwar Ram, who received ration card at the Samadhan Camp, and Kisan Credit Card beneficiary Sanjay Sharma also thanked the Chief Minister for solving the problem. The Chief Minister handed over the keys to the PM House beneficiaries at the camp site. Ration card under Food Department, pension approval letter under Social Welfare Department, net and ice box under Fisheries Department, KCC card under Agriculture Department, bags and tiffin boxes, bottles under Women and Child Development Department, vegetable seed kits to farmers under Horticulture Department, job card approval order under MNREGA, Ayushman card, food box under Health Department, Mudra loan cheque to women group members under NRLM and cricket kits to cricket players etc. were distributed.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai honored the students
of Jashpur district who studied in the schools of the district and brought laurels to the district at the state level by topping the Board Examination of the Secondary Education Board. He honored Neha Ekka, who secured fifth position in the state in Class 12, and Naman Khutia, who secured first position in Class 10, along with other students and encouraged them to move ahead.
