Works approved under Chief Minister Nagar Utthan Yojana, Infrastructure and Central Lighting

Another good news has come for the Manendragarh region regarding urban development which is a priority of the government. A total of Rs 25 crore 99 lakh 82 thousand has been approved for development works in the Manendragarh assembly constituency from the state budget under the Chief Minister’s Nagar Utthan Yojana, infrastructure item and central lighting item.
Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal has expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai and Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Saw for approving development projects worth more than Rs 25 crore 99 lakh for the Chirmiri city area.
The Health Minister has said that with the approval of these schemes, important works like Gaurav Path Road, Bypass Road Construction, Lighting System and Central Library will now come into reality, due to which the resolution of overall development of Chirmiri will get new momentum.
This approval has been given by the Urban Administration and Development Department, under which many important works have been approved for the Chirmiri Municipal Area.
According to the information received, among the approved works, an amount of Rs 2 crore has been sanctioned for the construction of Gauravpath from Godri Para to Domnhill, Rs 2 crore 40 lakh for the construction of CC road and drain from Ward No. 8 Bada Ground to Siddhababa Temple, and Rs 20 lakh for lighting system.
Along with this, Rs 2 crore has been approved for the construction of retaining wall and footpath from the Cultural Forum Gram Panchayat to Atmanand School main road, Chitrojhor Pauri, Rs 8 crore 75 lakh 47 thousand for construction from Sonamli Naka to the city to Deendayal Chowk Pauri via Bypass Korea, Rs 6 crore 22 lakh 86 thousand for other additional works, and Rs 4 crore 41 lakh 49 thousand for central lighting cum reading zone (250 seaters).
In this way, overall, Chirmiri Municipality area has received the gift of development projects worth Rs. 25.99 crore, which will strengthen the basic infrastructure in the area and provide facilities to the general public.
