Prime Minister Narendra Modi today presented his views to the country in the 122nd episode of Mann Ki Baat. This episode of Mann Ki Baat was very special for Chhattisgarh. Praising the work being done under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai in Chhattisgarh, the Prime Minister said that Dantewada, where Maoism was once at its peak, is today flying the flag of education. In his address, the Prime Minister mentioned the Bastar Olympics held in Chhattisgarh and the science labs in Maoist-affected areas. He said that children in the Maoist-affected areas of Chhattisgarh have a passion for science and they are also doing great in sports.
Referring to the Bastar region, the Prime Minister said that such efforts show how courageous the people living in these areas are. These people have chosen the path of improving their lives amidst all the challenges. The Prime Minister said that I am also very happy to know that the results of Dantewada district in the 10th and 12th examinations have been very excellent. With about ninety five percent results, this district topped the 10th results, while in the 12th examination, this district secured the sixth position in Chhattisgarh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave the example of Bastar region to the countrymen and said that such changes fill us all with pride. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has expressed his gratitude to the Prime Minister for mentioning Bastar region and Dantewada in the 122nd episode of Mann Ki Baat.
