Chief Minister Shri Sai participated in the grand conference and talent award ceremony of Sarva Nai Sen Samaj.

Announcement of ₹10 lakh for expansion of Sen Samaj Bhawan and ₹10 lakh for construction of boundary wall.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai today attended the grand conference and talent award ceremony of Sarva Nai Sen Samaj organized at Mahuatoli of Kunkuri in Jashpur district.

In his address, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the barber community is known as a hardworking and self-reliant community. Today, many people of the Sen community are achieving special achievements on the basis of their talent in the fields of education, business, administration and technology.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that this year’s state topper of class 12th, Akhil Sen, belongs to this community. The entrepreneur from Indore, who is going to set up an AI data center in Raipur, also belongs to the Sen community. Remembering Bharat Ratna late Shri Karpuri Thakur ji, the Chief Minister said that the contribution of the Sen community in the development of the country has been remarkable.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that from birth to last rites, no rite is complete without the contribution of the Sen community. The role of this community is very special in various rites of the society.

Education is the key to progress of society: Chief Minister

Emphasizing the importance of education, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that education is not only a means of getting employment but is also the key to personality development. The society in which the level of education is high, that society becomes that much stronger and progressive.

He said that the state government is constantly taking policy decisions to improve the quality of education for children. All the major national level educational institutions are now being established in the state. State-of-the-art libraries like the Nalanda campus are being built across the state so that students can prepare themselves for the competitive era.

Sen community gets a gift of ₹20 lakh for social building expansion and boundary wall

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai announced approval of ₹ 10 lakh for the expansion of the social building of Sen community located at Kunkuri and ₹ 10 lakh for the construction of boundary wall.

Ms. Mona Sen, Chairperson of Chhattisgarh Hair Shilpi Board, said on this occasion that Mahtari Vandan Yojana is becoming a strong basis for the economic empowerment and self-respect of the women of the state. She said that this scheme has awakened a new self-confidence in mothers and sisters and the public welfare schemes of the government are becoming the basis for the all-round development of all sections in the state.

Chief Minister honored the talents of Sen community

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai honoured the outstanding and talented members of the Sen community with “Sant Shiromani Sen Samman”.

On this occasion, District Panchayat Chairman Mr. Salik Sai, Collector Mr. Rohit Vyas, Superintendent of Police Mr. Shashimohan Singh, Mr. Krishna Kumar Rai, Mr. Bharat Singh, State President of Sarva Sen Samaj Mr. Puneet Sen, State Vice President Mr. Avinash Thakur, Mr. Raj Shrivas along with officers of the society, dignitaries and a large number of members of the society were present.
