Chief Minister Shri Sai asked Dolly Gupta, a third class student in Bagiya, her name and the name of her village and said affectionately, “You have to study properly, don’t you… don’t watch mobile phones too much.” He asked all the children not to watch mobile phones too much and pay special attention to studies.
It is noteworthy that the state government is running the ‘Sampark Smart School-Smart Block’ program in 50 primary schools of Jashpur district in collaboration with Sampark Foundation. This program is being run with the aim of making government schools better than private schools and improving the quality of learning in the classroom. Under this, Sampark Foundation will provide free TV sets and Sampark TV Smart School Kit to all schools. About 3200 children will get direct benefit from this initiative of the state government. Along with providing teaching-learning materials to 120 teachers working in these schools, they will be trained in Sampark’s effective teaching method.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai while appreciating the launch of ‘Sampark Smart School-Smart Block’ in Bagia said that our aim is to increase the learning ability of children. The ‘Smart Schools, Smart Blocks’ program will make learning and teaching easier in schools. This initiative will develop a scientific attitude in children. It will train teachers and make the teaching process organized and simple, so that classroom learning can become enjoyable for children. These resources are based on global teaching methods, which are in line with the goals of SCERT and Nipun Bharat.
