The game of Main Sacha Tu Jhootha between BJP and Congress, BJP is asking the account of rice worth 600 crores

The political tussle between the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress, the main political party of Chhattisgarh, is now on. Every day both the parties are telling each other Main Sacha Tu Jhootha by taking a press conference. This game is on the rise. The rhetoric from both the parties is sharp. The allegations are getting bigger and efforts are being made to woo the voters in their favor. Something similar happened on Tuesday as well. The Bharatiya Janata Party talked about PDS rice, even before this, the BJP was continuously dominating the Congress since Saturday and Sunday on issues like liquor scam, paddy purchase.

In response, a team of Congress leaders came forward on Tuesday. Raman arrived with a list of the claims and promises of the government. While holding a press conference, these leaders attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party one after the other on matters like liquor ban, paddy purchase, ED action. Both the parties have their own claims.

Congress said BJP committed a great sin
The BJP has launched a campaign against the Congress on social media. In fact, in the year 2018, Congress leaders took a press conference. Ganga water was in hand, BJP said that those who had promised liquor ban by taking Ganga water did not fulfill their promise. Now talking to the media on Tuesday, State Congress Communications Department President Sushil Anand Shukla said that it is a big sin of the BJP to link liquor ban with Gangajal. The Congress had never taken the oath of Ganges water regarding the promises made in its manifesto and prohibition of liquor.

The Congress had taken an oath of Gangajal only to waive off the loans of the farmers. Which was completed by Bhupesh Baghel within three hours of taking oath as Chief Minister. After the formation of the Congress government, 10 thousand crore rupees were given to 19 lakh farmers. The loan was forgiven. The Congress government is working towards prohibition. More than 150 liquor shops were closed. Why BJP MLAs did not join the committee formed for liquor ban.

Issueless BJP
While addressing the journalists, Sushil Anand Shukla said that issueless BJP is doing politics on the basis of lies in Chhattisgarh. On the false script of ED, a conspiracy has been hatched to defame the government. BJP leaders are alleging on the basis of ED’s script that a scam of 2168 crores has taken place in Chhattisgarh by selling liquor without paying excise duty. If ED’s allegations are true then why didn’t ED take action against the distillers selling liquor. In 2012, the Raman government had given the right to produce country liquor to only 3 distillers in the state.

The state government is also getting the investigation done against 3 distillers on the complaint of selling liquor without excise duty. Why is the BJP shying away from taking action on the distiller? What is Raman Singh’s relation with the distillers? Are BJP leaders partners of distillers? Raman Singh changed the 138 year old liquor policy to benefit the distillers, scam in liquor through distillers?

4400 crore liquor scam happened in Raman government
State Congress Communications Department President Sushil Anand Shukla said that during the Raman government, two cabinet ministers had clashed over illegal liquor earnings. During the rule of Raman Singh, a liquor scam of 4400 crores was done by changing the liquor policy and by making irregularities in the determination of the rates of liquor brands. Just as the liquor policy was changed in Delhi, a similar change took place in Chhattisgarh under Raman Raj. Similarly, if the Deputy Chief Minister in Delhi can go to jail in a scam, then why can’t the ED probe against the former Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh?

BJP organization lies on paddy purchase
While addressing the press conference, President of Krishak Kalyan Parishad Surendra Sharma said that Bhupesh Sarkar does the procurement of paddy on his own. There is no contribution of a single paisa from the Central Government. Like every year, Bhupesh Sarkar spent 35 thousand crore rupees in paddy purchase this year. taking a loan With what mouth does the BJP say that the central government buys paddy. From the Prime Minister to the lower level leaders of the BJP, they lie shamelessly. Bhupesh Sarkar buys paddy by taking loan on his own. Modi government’s contribution in paddy procurement is zero. BJP is asking questions on rice worth 600 crores.
Bharatiya Janata Party’s state spokesperson Sandeep Sharma has strongly demanded that the state government make public the investigation, recovery and action taken against the guilty officers in the PDS case so far. Mr. Sharma said that while accepting this PDS scam of Rs 600 crore in the Vidhan Sabha, the state government had asked for an inquiry by the officials instead of the committee of the Vidhan Sabha.

BJP State Spokesperson Sharma said that former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh had raised this matter in the Vidhansabha and pointed out the difference between the figures of the Food Department and the district administration regarding surplus stock. By demanding an inquiry into the disappearance of 59 lakh metric tonnes of rice, Dr. Singh had claimed to have unearthed a big scam. Sharma said that Food Minister Amarjit Bhagat had accepted in the Assembly that a shortage of 41,000 tonnes of rice had been found in 4,952 ration shops. Food Minister Bhagat had also informed the House about the instructions to complete the action of all the districts and submit them to the department by March 24, 2023.

State BJP Spokesperson Sharma said that in view of the involvement of officials and employees in this scam of PDS, former Chief Minister Dr. Singh had demanded in the Vidhan Sabha that instead of the officials, an inquiry should be conducted by the Vidhan Sabha committee, but the Congress government of the state rejected it. Outrightly dismissing the investigation of this scam from those officers
