Sri Sathya Sai Baba has given the message of loving and serving everyone. Following the path shown by Baba, Sri Sathya Sai Sanjivani Hospital has performed more than 36 thousand heart surgeries so far. By performing free heart surgeries on children, the institute has presented the ideal of ‘Seva Param Dharma’. The hospital has given new life to thousands of children. Giving life to someone is a virtuous act. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Saw said these things in a program organized today on International Nursing Day at Sri Sathya Sai Sanjivani Hospital in Nava Raipur.
Addressing the program as the chief guest, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao said that not only people from India but also people from 15 other countries come to Sri Sathya Sai Hospital for free treatment. So far, more than a thousand children from other countries have undergone heart surgery. More than three lakh children have also been given free heart checkups here.
Mr. Saav said that Chhattisgarh has received the blessings of Baba Sri Sathya Sai. This has given Raipur a distinct identity. It is not easy to love and serve a stranger. Looking at the faces of the children and their parents here, it seems that they have found the greatest happiness in the world. It is Sri Sathya Sai Hospital that gives priceless happiness.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Saw met the children and their mothers who were treated in the hospital and distributed fruits and sweets to them. The families shared their experiences of treatment in the hospital on the stage. Shri Saw felicitated the nursing staff who provided excellent services in the program.
