Raipur 12 February 2022. Making necessary changes in the portal of the e-district project operated by the Government of Chhattisgarh under the Public Service Guarantee Act, now the limit of only 4 applications from one mobile number in a month has been fixed. Giving this information, Chief Executive Officer of Chhattisgarh Infotech Promotion Society, Chips, Mr. Sameer Vishnoi said that in view of the news of misuse of citizen login given in e-district portal for the convenience of common citizens, Chips took suo motu cognizance. The number of applications has been limited with immediate effect. In case of more than 4 applications in a month, citizens will be able to apply through Public Service Center , Choice Center. This facility will be applicable to all the services operated by the Lok Seva Kendra.
Mr. Sameer Vishnoi informed that an upgraded new portal of e-district project is being started soon , in which it has been ensured that no person can misuse the citizen login.
In addition to the above facility in the new portal of the e-district project, certificates will be issued for each public service center, which will be mandatory for the center operators to display at their center at a readable place. This certificate will contain the complete details of the concerned center and will also have an encrypted QR code from which any citizen can check the validity of that center by scanning or entering the ID in the web. Along with this, an acknowledgment showing the fee fixed by the government for each service will also be given to each beneficiary so that every citizen is aware of the service fee.
